value - The issuer URI.

accumulator

Sets the scope accumulator. Defaults to a fresh McpScopeAccumulator.

Parameters:

value - The accumulator. Must not be null.

reauthorizer

Sets the re-authorization callback invoked with the widened scope union. Required.

value - The reauthorizer. Must not be null.

Whether to attempt step-up at all. Default true; a client_credentials client MAY set false to abort immediately on the first challenge.
