Interface ConfigPropertiesValidator

This is a functional interface and can therefore be used as the assignment target for a lambda expression or method reference.

Post-bind extension seam for ConfigPropertiesBinder.

The binder invokes validate(Object) once on each fully-bound target. NO_OP is the default and performs no validation; supply a custom implementation to enforce constraints on a bound object without changing ConfigPropertiesBinder's public shape.
