Connects terminals to the Juneau server bus: the term.input upstream handler, and the term.nudge:<id> downstream nudges that tell a terminal card when new bytes are ready.

Classes

Class	Description
TerminalInput	The term.input upstream handler: hands keystrokes from a browser terminal card to a TerminalSink.
TerminalNudges	Tells browser terminal cards that a terminal has new bytes, so they fetch immediately instead of waiting for the next poll.
