Class McpInsufficientScopeException
java.lang.Object
java.lang.Throwable
java.lang.Exception
java.lang.RuntimeException
org.apache.juneau.rest.client.mcp.auth.McpInsufficientScopeException
- All Implemented Interfaces:
Serializable
Signals that an MCP call was rejected with a SEP-2350
401/403 insufficient_scope step-up challenge.
A caller-supplied McpStepUpAuthorizer.ScopedCall throws this (carrying the parsed
WwwAuthenticateChallenge) so McpStepUpAuthorizer can compute the scope union, re-authorize, and retry.
It is deliberately not an McpAuthException: the transient step-up signal must be distinguishable from
the permanent authorization failure the authorizer ultimately throws when retries are exhausted.
