Petstore admin console: the /console page tree.

Every page is a FreeMarker template rendered inside the base.ftlh console chrome, mounted beside the unchanged /petstore API and sharing its PetStore.

AboutRest	About: what the petstore demonstrates, as prose cards, plus Juneau's REST utility beans shown against the Pet domain bean.
ConsoleAssetsRest	Serves the console chrome assets (the structural chrome.css, the stock theme packs and juneau-console.js) at the context-root /juneau-console/* URLs that every console page links.
ConsoleWrites	The console's write gate.
PetstoreApiBoundary	The /petstore API's CSRF boundary: a RequestBoundaryFilter over the framework's CsrfBoundary, applied to /petstore and everything under it.
