public class JettyConfiguration

@Configuration class that wires Jetty into a Microservice bootstrap.

Add this class to configurations(...) to enable a Jetty-backed microservice:

Microservice .create() .args(args) .configurations(JettyConfiguration.class, MyAppConfig.class) .build() .start() .startConsole() .join();

Contributes the following beans (each gated on @ConditionalOnMissingBean so user-supplied beans of the same type win):

• JettyServerFactory — defaults to BasicJettyServerFactory, used to build the Jetty Server from jetty.xml.
• JettySettings — empty defaults; user-supplied @Bean JettySettings can override ports, jetty.xml contents, and var-resolution.
• JettyServerComponent (always contributed, also registered under MicroserviceListener) — drives the Jetty server lifecycle via the microservice's start() / stop() fan-out.

@Bean Servlet methods in user-supplied @Configuration classes are auto-mounted at Rest.path() during start-up. See JettyServerComponent for full details.

The default factory.

jettySettings

Contributes an empty default JettySettings so JettyServerComponent always finds one in the store. Users who need programmatic overrides supply their own @Bean JettySettings.

Returns:

The default empty settings.

jettyServerComponent

public JettyServerComponent jettyServerComponent()

Contributes the JettyServerComponent bean under its own type for direct lookup by external callers.

Returns:

The component instance.

jettyServerListener

public MicroserviceListener jettyServerListener()

Contributes the same JettyServerComponent instance under MicroserviceListener (named jettyServerListener) so it participates in the Microservice.start() / Microservice.stop() fan-out without clobbering any user-supplied unnamed MicroserviceListener.

Returns:

The component instance.
