Session object that lives for the duration of a single use of RdfSerializer.

• This class is not thread safe and is typically discarded after one use.

Reuse XML namespaces when RDF namespaces not specified.

Returns:

true if namespaces defined using @XmlNs and @Xml will be inherited by the RDF serializers.
Otherwise, namespaces will be defined using @RdfNs and @Rdf.
