Ignore classes, fields, and methods from being interpreted as bean or bean components.
 
Can be used in the following locations:
- Classes - Forces bean-like classes to be treated as non-beans.
- Methods - Forces getters/setters to be ignored.
- Fields - Forces bean fields to be ignored.
- @Rest -annotated classes and- @RestOp -annotated methods when an- on()value is specified.
